To strengthen our friendly team, we are looking for a paralegal or legal specialist (m/f/d) for our office in Karlsruhe.
Your field of activity
- Supporting the lawyers in all general and administrative matters, e.g. handling all correspondence (pleadings, letters, etc.)
- Processing incoming and outgoing mail and monitoring deadlines and resubmissions
- Editing, formatting and completion of pleadings and attachments
- Document management, database maintenance and time recording Invoicing incl. Dunning
- Creating and updating presentations
- Planning and organization of internal and external events and functions
- Assumption of other internal office tasks as required
The way to us
- You have completed vocational training as a paralegal or have a comparable qualification You have good spelling and grammar skills You work independently and conscientiously
- have an open, friendly nature
- have a good level of organizational talent and team spirit you are familiar with MS Office
- You are open to digital media and paperless processes
