To strengthen our friendly team, we are looking for trainees for the profession of paralegal (m/f/d) for our office in Karlsruhe. Get started in 2024: Training from September 1 or any time earlier.
Your daily business – training:
- Assistance activities: Individually responsible and as part of a team
- Supporting the lawyers in administrative matters; e.g. handling correspondence (pleadings, letters, contracts, etc.) Creating presentations, maintaining master data and time recording
- Invoicing
- Processing incoming and outgoing mail
- Monitoring deadlines and resubmissions
- Document management and database maintenance
- Assumption of other internal tasks as required
The way to us
- Completed school leaving certificate: Secondary school leaving certificate or (technical) high school diploma
- Good German spelling and grammar skills
- Openness to new projects, digital media and paperless processes
- Careful way of working
- Good comprehension skills
