Your field of activity

  • Supporting the lawyers in all general and administrative matters, e.g. handling all correspondence (pleadings, letters, etc.)
  • Processing incoming and outgoing mail and monitoring deadlines and resubmissions
  • Editing, formatting and completion of pleadings and attachments
  • Document management, database maintenance and time recording Invoicing incl. Dunning
  • Creating and updating presentations
  • Planning and organization of internal and external events and functions
  • Assumption of other internal office tasks as required
